      Tournament NCAA certified the following dates: September 13, 14, 19, 21, 27 and 28; October 18, 19, 25 and 26; and November 1 -- NCAA Certified Basketball Events

      Clyde Frazier Jr. / Friends of Frederick E. Samuel 2003 High School Classic September 6 - November 2, 2003. Eighteen teams, broken down into 2 round robins of 9 teams each, All Star game, first and second round playoffs, semifinals and championship. Some of the best teams from Long Island, Queens, NYC, New Jersey, etc. Great practice for high school and college exposure tournament. All games played at Riverbank State Park on weekends.

There will be a mandatory coaches meeting on Thursday, September 4th, at 7:00pm at the Harlem Y.M.C.A.

This league is a great way to prepare for the upcoming high school season and get some exposure for college.
