The Friends of Frederick E. Samuel Foundation is a 501 C3 not-for-profit organization which promotes
high school and junior high school girl's basketball, especially as a tool for college scholarship. Numerous girls who participated in our program have also played college ball, some even in the WNBA, gratuated college, and/or are working adults today. This program was the dream of Clyde Frazier Jr., who was lost in the World Trade Center attacks.
